Five Journeys is a health and wellness concierge medical practice located in Newton Massachusetts. You are meant to be vibrant, healthy, able and interested in intimacy until you’re at least a hundred and we are here to empower you to reach that goal. We are a holistic medical practice that empowers, inspires, and educates our patients to reach optimal results in the 5 core areas of their health: physical, chemical, emotional, social, and spiritual. In addition to functional medicine we also provide primary care and we strive to address the root cause(s) of impediments to our patients’ health. In result, we have facilitated the reversal, prevention, and resolution of many chronic health challenges.
